Fiona Lam VP, Director of Media Intelligence
Fiona is one of those rare media practitioners with in-depth experience in both branding and ROI disciplines. Drawing from syndicated research, data mining, and psychological archetypes, she brings a unique perspective to her role as Director of Media Intelligence. She works closely with media planners to profile target audiences and forecast responsiveness, all with an eye to driving ROI.



Fiona was named Vice President, Director of Media Intelligence in May 2009 and is responsible for advanced analytics and cross-client studies, as well as target audience profiles. To do this she has access to ID Media’s vast client data warehouse, syndicated research, and the tools and talents of IPG’s Mediabrands.

Fiona has over 20 years of media experience across many categories, including technology, travel, packaged goods, health and fitness, and financial services. Prior to joining ID Media, she gained valuable experience at agencies such as BBDO, O&M Direct, and DDB Direct.

Fiona holds a master’s degree in Depth Psychology from Pacifica Graduate Institute, where she is a Ph.D. candidate. She has a bachelor’s degree in English from Sarah Lawrence College.
