Diana Murphy, SVP, Director of Media Operations
It is unusual for a media services company to have the benefit of a business operations professional of the caliber of Diana Murphy. With experience encompassing reengineering, software systems consulting, and systems project management, she manages a team of operational experts who provide a backbone for ID Media's planning and buying services.



Diana was named Vice President, Director of Media Operations in May 2002, responsible for overseeing media systems, related business processes and telemarketing operations. Her specialist teams are responsible for managing data flows from some 50 different telemarketing resources.

Diana shifted to ID Media from sister company Draft where she planned enterprise-wide management systems conversions and oversaw consumer marketing databases. Her prior professional experience includes corporate systems management at World Color, Fortune 200 consulting at HRN Corporation, and government relations business systems at Chase Manhattan Bank. 

Diana holds a master's degree in business administration from New York University and a bachelor's degree in business administration from Pace University.
