Chuck Shaw, SVP, Director of Client Services
Chuck has directed media strategy for both offline and online accounts for over 10 years. As the instructor for New York University’s Masters course in Integrated Media Strategies since 1998, Chuck is a leading expert in an area that is increasingly challenging as media has continued to proliferate.
Chuck joined ID Media in December 2003 as VP, Account Director and was promoted to Director of Client Services in the New York office in October 2004. Drawing upon his broad experience in technology, healthcare, financial services, and entertainment, Chuck has overseen clients including Merck, Intel, UnitedHealth Group/AARP, and Medieval Times.
Prior to ID Media, Chuck was VP, Associate Media Director at Grey Direct. While there, he directed media strategy for various multi-media accounts such as Oracle, Microsoft, Network Associates, Veritas, WYSE, Washington Mutual and Pharmacia, managing media teams in both New York and Los Angeles. Other agency experience includes Rapp Collins Worldwide and Digitas where he worked on ADT Security Systems and American Express.
Chuck graduated with a bachelor's degree in Marketing from Roger Williams University in Bristol, Rhode Island.
